Brian: A SEMP Superstar

Brian is a valued Wegmans employee and has been a part of the team since 2014, working through the Supported Employment Program (SEMP) at Holy Childhood. He plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of the store by managing the trash and keeping walking areas clear. He also supports the Helping Hands department with a number of customer-related tasks. Brian said his job is important because people in his role are the first and last customer point-of-contact.

Alberto, his supervisor, commends Brian's excellent work ethic and great attitude. He said he admires Brian's reliability, making him an essential part of the store's operations.

Brian said he really likes his job and has found his groove inside (and outside) of the store. Here's to another 10 years, Brian! We are so happy you are finding success through SEMP!
